| Talk about dumb. Some dimbulbs at CBS touched up a photo of Katie Couric to give her a slimmer figure. They slimmed her waist, changed her suit to black and they even messed with her face. The dumb part was that it was a photo that had been recently distributed as a promotional photo. It wouldn't surprise me if the person who gets disciplined will be the person who didn't touch up the original photo before it was distributed in the first place. Anyway, go ahead and take a look.
