| Credit card fraud, WTF! |
| Just got a call from U.S. Bank about my credit card. I thought they were calling because I'd been doing a lot more travel recently but as they asked me about various Internet purchases, it became clear that I had become credit card fraud victim! Actually I was pretty impressed with US Bank because they caught it within hours and it looks like only about half a dozen unauthorized charges were made. I should not be liable for any of them. I'm going to doublecheck my other cards and put a fraud alert on my credit report in order to make sure it's just this card and not my identity. |
